At WorldSBKStore we make an effort to offer the maximum guarantee of quality and service, so we offer our customers the possibility of returning products acquired at our online store.
Instructions for returning
Contact our Customer Service who will inform you on how to start the return process via our courier service or via one of Our stores. Therefore, all the items we sell enjoy a 30-day return policy.

If you want to return a product, you will need to send it to our warehouses.
You will have to pay the shipping costs, but if the reason for return is a manufacturing error or a WorldSBK Store mistake in model, size, color or similar, we will refund the amount of the expenses once we receive the product.
If you want a size change, the charges will be paid by the customer
Important: If the return is not due to a WorldSBK Store error, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
How long does it take for the return money to arrive?
Once we receive the package in our warehouses, we will proceed to pay the amount of the product. The deadline for you to receive the amount is 10 working days after receipt of the package in our warehouses.
What products can be returned?
To process a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The purchased product must not be used.
- The purchased product must be returned in its original packaging, whenever possible. If you no longer have the original packaging, you must replace it with one of similar sizes and capacity.
- The purchased product must be sent by certified mail so that it reaches the following address within thirty (30) days from the date the order was received.
What happens if the package cannot be delivered?
If the order is returned to WorldSBK Store because the customer has not facilitated delivery and the customer wants a new shipment, the costs of the second shipment will be paid by the customer.
Can I cancel my order?
In case you need to cancel the order, please contact us. If the order has not yet left the WorldSBK Store warehouse, we will cancel it. Once the order has been processed for shipment, it is no longer possible to cancel it.
Additional information on returns:
- The cost of shipping to WorldSBK Store must always be paid by the customer. WorldSBK Store will not accept postage due.
- It is only possible to process returns of products purchased in the online store of the WorldSBK Store Site or in the circuit store, together with the sales receipt.
- In the event of a valid return in accordance with these conditions, WorldSBK Store will refund the purchase price that the user has paid for the returned product, within 10 (ten) business days following receipt of the product.
- Refunds will only be made for those products that have been returned following our return policy.
- When the reason for the return is a manufacturing defect or product quality, WorldSBK Store will pay the entire invoice within ten (10) business days following receipt of the product, as well as the shipping costs incurred.
