2026 WorldSBK calendar: save your dates!

The 2026 WorldSBK calendar will take the WorldSBK riders and teams to compete for the crown in twelve different locations, and along them, the paddock will also host the WorldSBK Official Store, always present where the action is! If you are planning to attend any of these WorldSBK Rounds, remember always to visit our store in the heart of the paddock and bring a SBK souvenir home.

Let’s discover which are these 12 Rounds ahead that start in February and will not stop until October for the very last round.

2026 WorldSBK calendar and 2026 WorldSSP calendar

One more year, WorldSBK and WorldSSP will share the calendar to create a fantastic weekend schedule combined of three races for Superbike and two for the Supersport.

As has been common since many year, Phillip Island will have the honor to start the season with the Australian Round, competing in the third week of February. This makes WorldSBK the ‘early bird’ of all FIM road racing championships, kicking the 2026 racing season for most of the fans. Furthermore, Phillip Island is a fantastic venue, a true classic in the calendar, that always delivers great racing. A perfect starter!

At the end of March, WorldSBK will travel to Portugal to start its long European season in one of the favorite tracks for riders: the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve, known as Portimão. This rollercoster with tarmac will host the Pirelli Portuguese Round, repeating as the second event in the WorldSBK calendar.

In mid-April the WorldSBK circus will travel to ‘The Cathedral’: the Assen TT Circuit will host the Pirelli Dutch Round. Because of the latitude and the early date, Assen tends to be one of the colder races of the year… but surely the action on track is hot! A classic venue with unique flavor, a place to visit once in a life for any motorcycling fan.

Next stop will be the Motul Hungarian Round, the fourth Round of 2026. The Balaton Park circuit, which debuted last year in the celebration of SBK 1000th race, was the eight round of the 2025 season in July. For 2026, the track continues in the WorldSBK calendar with the novelty of moving the event for the first weekend of May. Round 5 of the WorldSBK will be not far away and with only two weeks difference, with the Czech Round in Most. And the teams and riders will not have too much time to rest, as Aragon Round at Motorland Aragon will be held on the last week of May, and two weeks later a classic scenario: Misano for the Pirelli Emilia Romagna Round.

In mid-July, WorldSBK will travel where everything started in 1988: Donington Park Circuit for the Prosecco DOC UK Round. The British circuit is, together with Phillip Island, Misano and Assen, the historical four tracks with more WorldSBK round disputed ever. Another not to miss weekend before the summer break, with no race in August.

The last leg of the championship will start in September, with four rounds to go until the showdown in October. First of these will be Magny-Cours; the Acerbis French Round in the first weekend of September, followed by the Italian Round at Cremona. A new arrival in WorldSBK last year, Cremona has seen its date changed compared to last year when it was the fifth round in May. For 2026 Cremona will be the 10th Round disputed in the last weekend of September.

Entering in October, a back-to-back to end the season: the Tissot Estoril Round in the eponymous Portuguese circuit and the Pirelli Spanish Round at Circuit de Jerez. An intense ending to farewell 2026… before a 2027 full of changes; but this is a history still to be told!

2026 WorldSPB calendar

Probably the big novelty in the paddock: the first ever edition of the new World Sportbike class. With new machines but familiar riders, the WorldSPB class takes the reigns as the ‘entry class’ in the WorldSBK pyramid of racing, replacing the now defunct World Supersport300 Championship.

The 2026 World Sportbike calendar will share 8 rounds of the WorldSBK calendar, with the same dates. For this class, the season will start at Portimão and Assen, and then going to Most and Aragon in May and Misano in June. After the summer break, this new championship will take place on Magny-Cours and Cremona in September for a last round, and probably a high voltage finale, at Jerez in October.

2026 WorldWCR calendar

The third ever season of the FIM Women’s Circuit Racing World Championship will be hosted again alongside the WorldSBK rounds, being part of its weekend schedule. The 2026 WorldWCR calendar will be limited to 6 Rounds, as has happened in its first two years, maintaining the two races per weekend format.

The 2026 WorldWCR season starts at Portimão in March, this will be a new track for the championship; a great way to launch the season. Then will come Assen in April and Balaton in May, followed by Misano. The Italian track will return to WorldWCR after being featured in the very first ever season. Donington Park in July will host the penultimate round before a long break: the WorldWCR riders and fans will have to wait until October to dispute the very last round at Jerez, and probably know who will be the new champion.
